Introduction to Tai Chi

This class is designed for the individual who either has always wanted to try Tai Chi or has taken classes in the past and needs a refresher class.

The focus will be on improved breathing techniques, learning and using the Tai Chi steps sequence, practicing basic poses for improved balance, strength, and coordination along with one Tai Chi form (hands in clouds)

Alan Harrison, the Orleans Recreation Director is a certified Tai Chi instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
