Burdenko Fitness is a unique training program that focuses on the six fitness components necessary for optimal health. They include: balance, flexibility, coordination, speed, strength and endurance

Each class will focus on a variety of the fitness components and each participant works at their own level setting specific realistic fitness goals with measurable results.

Alan Harrison, recreation director for the town of Orleans is a certified level 2 Burdenko instructor.
