A variety of exercises using bands, weights, foam rollers, floor mats, smart sticks, and some home made equipment to get into the best shape of your life.

The Burdenko training method will focus on the six levels of fitness.
1. Flexibility
2. Strength
3. Endurance
4. Coordination
5.Speed
6. Endurance

Each participant will work at their own level but still working is a class environment.
