Skateboarding
This Skateboarding program is designed to introduce children in 2nd through 8th grade to the fun and exciting world of skateboarding! 

Program Description: Whether your child is a complete beginner or has some experience on a board, this program offers a supportive, skill-building environment for all levels. Throughout the program, participants will engage in a series of fun, progressive lessons that help build confidence, coordination, balance, and skateboarding skills. In addition to learning the basics of skateboarding, kids will also develop a sense of camaraderie, responsibility, and perseverance while enjoying the outdoors.

- Helmets are required for all participants
- Elbow/Knee pads are strongly recommended
- Please reach out to the Orleans Recreation Department if your child needs to borrow a skateboard for this program (numbers are limited)

Dates: 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21

Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Who: Boys & Girls (Grades 2 - 8), Max Participants: 8

Registration Fee: $30R (Residents only - a $15 sibling discount will apply at checkout for up to the 4th child registered in the same program from the same household account)
