This indoor fitness program will focus on strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Participants should bring a mat, light dumbbells, and water. Dress appropriately.
Who: 18 & up
Max Capacity: 12 participants per session
When: Tuesday & Thursday mornings
Time: 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Session 1: December 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 30 - Closed
*Excluding: December 2, 4, 25*
Session 2: January 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 27, 29 - Full
*Excluding: January 1, 22*
Session 3: February 3, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24
*Excluding: February 5, 26*
Registration Fee: $20 per person per month
