Beach Pilates & Sauna Experience
This summer, Orleans Recreation, Culture, and Community Events is excited to partner with Pilates instructor, Sarah Kimball, & Mazzeo Pools & Outdoor Living, to offer a FREE beach Pilates & Sauna experience on Tuesdays throughout the summer.
Mazzeo will have their portable Sauna set up at Nauset Beach parking lot from 6am – 7:30am and Sarah Kimball will be offering beach Pilates from 6:30am-7:15am.
Tuesdays, June 2nd through August 18th
Pilates: 6:30am – 7:15am
Sauna: 6:00am – 7:30am
Please bring a towel and water
