Yoga is appropriate for all skill levels.
8 Week Classes - Saturday Mornings
Dates: October - 24, 31, November - 7, 14, 21, 28, December - 5, 12
Time - 10am - 11:15am
Registration Fee: $45R/$55NR per person
Max Capacity: 30
Location - Historic Odd Fellows Hall located at 2 Namskaket Road
Please note that each participant should bring their own mat and any other yoga equipment they have. Please also make sure to dress appropriately and bring a water bottle and a small towel.
